Morning Vision

I want to share an activity that focuses our valuable time and energy toward a productive and joyful day.  All you need is a few minutes in the morning before arising.  While still in bed, take a deep breath and visually go through your day.

Morning Vision
  •  Begin by seeing yourself moving smoothly through your morning routine with a growing excitement and anticipation for the day.
  • Notice all of your meals are healthful and calm, and time with family and friends is spent laughing and loving.
  •  Picture all traveling and errand running efficient and joyful.
  • See your work filled with productivity and satisfaction, see coworkers and business associates smiling and grateful.
  •  View challenging moments with peace and maturity that create benefit for all involved.
  • Watch how you slow down in the evening and relax to begin a restful night.

Do this every morning to help achieve your desires and goals.  Before you sleep, take a moment to express gratitude for all your accomplishments and relations.

Why is meditation so great?

My daily practice of focused presence (meditation) lays a rich foundation for my day and my sessions with clients.  Yes it is sometimes difficult to get started.  I find it works best first thing in the morning.  Once I settle down and sit quietly for a few minutes I become calm, present and aware of subtle energies.  When an anxious event arises during the day I can quickly see the resolution or at least bring myself to calmness and assess the situation.

I bring presence to my sessions as well.  With people the feeling is contagious.  Consciously or unconsciously clients take on peace and awareness during time with me.  It works because I set a desirable example of tranquility and the client’s body moves toward the quiet direction.  The biological intelligence of humans wants to be relaxed and healthy, it may just need a little nudge at times.
